What can I do with Oral Health Navigator training?

The Oral Health Navigator training is a newly developed skill set in Maine. The work of a trained person varies by employment location. Some may use this training to enhance their knowledge of oral health to serve the communities they already work with (ie. RNs, CNAs, CHWs, MDs, etc.). Others may use what they learn in this training to seek new employment opportunities! Those with Oral Health Navigator training may assist with care navigation, dental team support, patient support, and more!

How do I receive credit or credentialling for this training?

Learners who successfully complete the online modules will be eligible for digital badges through the University of Maine System and other partners. You will receive a notification from the University of Maine System when you have earned a digital badge.
